    I would like to thank this amazing Turkish restaurant for their exceptional service and dedication. I made a mistake with my order, and they were incredibly attentive and made sure to refund my money without any hesitation. This truly reflects their professionalism and respect for their customers. My heart grows with gratitude for such hardworking and honest people.     Cannot even give star! Absolutely disgusting food, badly presented cold and soggy, customer service even worse, not interested in listening, dismissed our complaint and even insinuated we were lying! As you can see from the pictures the chicken wrap had yes !!! Pieces of chicken with a ton of red cabbage and dressing which made the wrap purple and wet and soggy! The chicken burger was like something bought from Iceland and also full of salad...... cheap nasty salad at that, we wanted to give this place a try but NEVER again!!

    Attempted to collect my order of half pounder cheeseburger, large chips, a wrap , grated cheese & a pot of ketchup and garlic mayo absolutely fine to take my order over the phone ..BUT when I went to collect my order I don’t know what their issue is with selling me some grated cheese individually as they advertise on their website , all I wanted was some grated cheese individually bite self in a box ? I was prepared to pay for extra for the box to put it in! even though on their website they advertise grated cheese as an individual item, but instead they try to tell me that the grated cheese has to go onto something else for it to be sold, which is completely backwards makes no sense Because if I was to place an online order of grated cheese, a Pepsi and an ice cream they were trying to tell me that the cheese has to go onto the ice cream before they can send that to be delivered! they said if I was to order two individual items that they are happy to sell individually at two separate costs chicken nuggets & grated cheeses... they would have to put the greatest cheese on top of the chicken nuggets before it’s packed to be delivered or collected in person but this get this right! If I or my daughter was allergic to cheese and I ordered ice cream, chicken nuggets, a wrap and grated cheese for me to have a cheese wrap and the chicken nuggets were for the her then she would not be able to eat it because she’s allergic to cheese! that is one theory just to prove a point! Thanks for thr backwards customer service and ill tolerance towards not wanting to serve a customer food that you sell for money that I was prepared to pay, but now they have a very unsatisfied Customer who is very disappointed and I’ve had to go out my way to write this Review, PIAZZA your ment to sell the food that you clearly are advertising on your website either take the individual item off you’re advertising to sell because clearly you have terms and conditions to wanting to sell grated cheese
